Association for Food Protection (IAFP), Florida Association for Food
Protection (FAFP), National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), a
recognized SuperSafeMark® Trainer with the Food Marketing Institute (FMI),
a Test Administrator and Certified Food Safety Manager with the National
Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP), a Certified Food
Protection Professional (CFPP), a member with the Dietary Manager’s
Association (DMA), and a distinguished registered trainer with National
Environmental Health Assoc. (NEHA)
She has spoken at various dietetic and healthcare groups such as the
Florida Health Care Association & Florida Assisted Living Affiliation
2003 and 2005 Annual Conferences. She is a graduate from the

of Utah,
Salt Lake City, Utah with a
Master of Science in Food and Nutrition and holds a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Physical Education and Nutrition from the

of Saint Catherine,
Saint Paul, Minnesota.
She was interviewed and published in FoodService Director magazine, Vol.
18/No.9 – September 15, 2005, Title: Pitfalls of Food Storage. As a
food safety expert, she advocates the practice of sound food preparation
practices in the food service industry as well as in the home.
